174 applications filed with Cotswold District Council in the 90 days to 21 Oct 2026 mean work for roofers, and 600 in the last 12 months. We read the register every day and post you the addresses, so your letter lands while they’re still choosing.

174 in the 90 days to 21 Oct 2026, and 600 in the 12 months to the same date: planning applications filed with Cotswold District Council that match our rules for roofing contractors at high or medium confidence. Refused and withdrawn applications are not counted, and nothing is estimated.
In the last 12 months: single-storey extension (169), new dwelling or self-build (98), outbuilding or annexe or detached garage (82) and loft conversion or dormer (78). Re-roofs are actionable immediately; loft and extension roofs land 0–5 months after consent.
By postcode district over the last 12 months: GL7 (215), GL54 (145), GL56 (59), GL55 (51) and GL8 (50). Your list can cover the whole council, a few districts, or a radius around your yard.
Cotswold District Council decided 90.3% of its applications within the statutory time limit in 2025, and granted 91.6% of its "other" decisions, the government category that holds householder applications (870 of 950, MHCLG PS2 figures). The target for a householder application is eight weeks, so a letter sent the week it is filed lands well before the decision.
Not from us while you hold it. Exclusive cover is one firm per trade per patch, and we check your patch is free before you pay. The register itself is public, so anyone can read it: what you pay for is the reading, the matching, the deduplication and a list your printer can post the same day.
