We aggregate data from the UK Government's Planning Data platform (planning.data.gov.uk), individual council planning portals, and public statutory registers. All data is publicly available — we just make it easier to find and track.

Search and saving a postcode are free. Starter, Pro and Business are paid plans with instant email alerts for monitored postcodes.

Starter monitors 1 postcode, Pro monitors 5, and Business is unlimited: any number of postcodes, whole councils or cities, plus keyword rules so you only hear about the applications that mean work for you. All paid plans send instant alerts; free users can search and save a postcode.

Starter and Pro watch a circle around a postcode: 250m, 500m, 1km or 2km, defaulting to 500m so the first results are your immediate streets. Business has no radius. It watches whole councils and postcode districts, with keyword rules, and you set those up at checkout.

We explain the data we collect and the service providers we use in our privacy policy. You can request access or deletion at any time.

We don't submit objections directly, but we provide all the information you need — including direct links to your council's consultation page, key dates, and guidance on what to include in your response.

We maintain a national council directory and active datasets for connected councils across the UK. England has the strongest coverage today, with Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland expanding as more portals are onboarded.

Searching is completely free. Paid tracking is optional and starts with a 30-day trial, then sends alerts for the postcode and distance you choose. We don't sell your data.
